Is senna safe to take, along with other colon cleansing herbs, while breastfeeding?

No you cannot take Senna while breastfeeding. It can cause severe diarrhea in your baby. Please research this on the net before you decide to take anything while nursing–even herbal supplements.If you have problems with constipation try to drink more water and caffeine-free fluids.

Senna will come through your breast milk and can cause major problems for your baby. DO NOT USE.
