I used to be over 240lbs. @ 6′ tall. I whittled myself down to 168 lbs. @3.8% bf.I built back up to 185 @ 7% bf. If theres one thing I learned about eating healthy it’s avoid wheat products. Thanks, I didn’t know that, cause I was diagnose with maybe sprue, the test showedd negative, but with a possiblity, , I know I can talk to my provider, but is the something I can take to better digest wheat, thanks!

Actually no human can digest fiber.That’s how it works, it passes straight through attracting fats on the way. Wheat allergies are usually from gluten intolerance.
