I have used some other products that make me feel sick for a while and while things are being cleaned out. I didn't get that with this product. I did it for 60 days and it was surprisingly mild, meaning I could still go out etc. But it really did a good job. After you are done, instead of having to go back on the Colonix every so often, I would recommend starting using a product called Monavie. It will keep you clean and healthy. Seriously, I felt 'better' after I was done with the Colonix, but after using Monavie for 2 months, I feel better than I did 20 years ago.
